How is the online registration, abstract and proceeding management software priced?
Congress Accelerator is an online service marketed per event. The rate is calculated in proportion to the size of the event (number of submissions, number of registrations). This allows you to benefit from our experience whether you are having a small workshop or an international congress. We may propose as well rates that fit with the requirements of regular organizers.
Who owns the data collected by the software?
Using our online registration, abstract and proceeding management software to exploit and collect data doesn't mean the data belong to us. You are the owner of all the information hosted by our servers. The mission of IntellAgence is only to help you manage your data easily.
Where are the online services and the collected data hosted?
The software used to run our online services are hosted with the data on dedicated servers operated by professional hosts. Their expertise guarantees a reliable Internet connection, power supply, air-conditioning to protect the hardware, etc.
What is your data security policy?
First the data in the servers are saved on a daily basis in different places. Moreover, exchanges with the servers are systematically encrypted to avoid any interception of the information exchanged. At last each user of the online service (author, participant, reviewer, etc.) is allowed access to information which concerns him. The partitioning is ensured with a personal password.

How do the online services fit into my organization?
As our online services are used through Internet, no installation is required in your system. You use a simple link on the conference website to integrate the online registration service or the form for the call for papers. The administrator uses a password which allows him to supervise all the steps of the paper management.
What languages are available?

What means of payment are available?
