Call for papers

Authors' registration

The online services help the author in the four-step procedure of his paper submission. The system records the authors' addresses and checks file format, duplications, etc.

Abstract sending

The system allows the author to upgrade the untreated text with formulas, charts, diagrams, etc. So the administrator keeps control of the layout, etc.

Abstract modification

During the call for papers, a password enables the author to edit or to cancel his proposal.

Proposal reviewing

Reviewer file generation

Once the reviewers are selected, the system may automatically assign them the received abstracts according to their field of expertise

Abstracts reviewing

The reviewers are informed via e-mail about papers assigned to them. Their decisions are gathered on the platform. If there are delays, the system can send reminders.

Validation by the Scientific Committee

The Scientific Committee follows the reviewing process and definitely validates the accepted papers.

Sessions planning

Session templates

The Scientific Committee creates the conference sessions per category (keynote, oral, poster, debate, etc.) and appoints a chairman to each of them.

Speakers assignment

The administrator assigns the speakers to every session. The conference's program is automatically updated on the event's website.

Consistency checking

The system checks that the program is optimized by scanning relevant criteria: session duration, avoiding a speaker assigned to two simultaneous sessions, registration of all the accepted speakers, etc.

Publishing

Proceedings receipt

Accepted authors send their proceedings by using their password. The platform checks for conformity to editing conventions (margin, format, size, etc).

Papers generation

The system compiles the papers (abstracts and proceedings) on various media such as CD, PDF, Internet. Moreover, the page layout is configurable.

Data export

The administrator can export the data managed by the online services anytime he wants. The data can easily be edited in standard file format.
